When we collaborate to create your corporate identity, branding identity or campaign, we include a series of steps to help us understand your brand vision and our role. The general steps are in the order of: 1. a questionnaire to understand your needs, wishes, and budget. 2. Our proposal and contract. 3. Productive Kick-off call, 4. Start a two-way process where we create an action plan and you start preparing the necesarry input. 5. We get cracking and keep regular scheduled meetings to discuss the progress.

No, Tiny Taurus does not outsource to other studios and freelancers without a prior agreement with you. Our proposals and work are always handled in-house, unless we have discussed alternative arrangements.

We emphasize our stance on outsourcing on our website to maintain transparency. In cases where additional services and skills are required beyond our personal expertise, we will transparently inform you. For instance, we might say, ‘We know a great designer who could assist with specific aspects and help us achieve your goals.’ This typically occurs when you request a large project with multiple facets, animation designs, especially within a tight delivery timeline.

We understand that pricing is a crucial consideration for you. While we can’t give you a short answer, we’d will elaborate and try to explain how we determine our prices. We do not have a fixed price for a logo, we do have several branding packages to launch your brand within your budget. These packages include pre-research, determining brand positioning and voice, the full logo design process, and brand identity design, including business cards, a social brand kit for profile branding, and a print brand kit comprising letterheads and envelopes. Our package prices vary, ranging from €1680 to €4500.

For standalone logo designs, pricing is specific to each project and influenced by your unique requirements, your corporate identity vision, whether you already have an existing (or old) logo or sketches and more. We always try to work within your budget.

For projects going on an hourly based contract, instead of project based contract like mentioned above: our graphic design services are billed at an hourly rate of €70.00 an hour.

Yes, we offer the option to set up a payment plan for projects that cost €1100 or more. You can pay in 3 or 5 installments.

For projects under €1100, the full amount will be invoiced after or during the delivery phase. If the project investment is more than €1100, we require a 50% payment at the beginning of the project to certainly have mutual commitment and the remaining 50% after the project is completed.
