UI/UX Design & Web Development

A unique, fully branded and user friendly website, we can help you! This is an example of how we will approach your UI/UX Design & Web Development. From scratch to status. If you feel like you already have any of the steps covered, our collaboration can be focused on one or a few of the steps displayed.

1.

User Research & Personas

After our onboarding and kickoff, we will start with user research and create personas fitting your desired audience. We will agree on primary users and define ways to optimize their journey and touchpoints. We will analyze competitors and help you set up the best foundation for your website.

2.

Wireframing and Info-Architecture:

In this step, we build the sitemap and start outlining the full page structure. Using low-fidelity prototypes, you get a great impression of the structure and page layout. We will define the information architecture for intuitive navigation, conduct internal reviews, and gather your feedback for adjustments.

3.

Visual Design

This is where the sketches come to life. Using the preferred software (XD / Figma), we will develop high-fidelity visual designs based on the wireframes. This means we will design the website down to the details for you to have a fully realistic presentation of how the website will later be developed. We will apply your brand guidelines and revise for your final approval.

4.

Development & Customization

After the visual design is approved, we can start building your site in WordPress. Using our high-end Tiny Taurus template allows us to fully customize and optimize your website. The necessary additional plugins will be installed accordingly. You get to test the fully functional site before launch.

5.

Content & intergration

In this step, we will integrate your content, such as texts, images, multimedia. You have prepared and delivered your content to us. If you prefer for us to take care of your content writing and design, no problem! This will be offered in the onboarding process.

6.

Testing & Launch

After your website is fully designed, built, and filled with real content, we will do a full test and run all functionalities. Together with you, we will list any improvements and resolve any bugs or issues. Afterwards, it’s time to go live and celebrate your online presence!

7.

Aftercare & Maintenance

We won’t leave you just like that. Not only do we offer a reduced maintenance (retainer) fee for websites built by us, but we also include a 4-6 week aftercare for your website. This means after launching your website, we will be on standby to help resolve any missed, necessary technical, or visual aspects. For free, included in our collaboration.

Trainings

Optionally, we offer training and workshops for you and/or your team. Content management training, marketing and cross-media training, and brand communication training.
